HP unveil 11.6 inch netbook

HP have revealed their latest netbook/mini notebook. The HP Mini 311 features an 11.6 inch display with HD resolution, 1GB of RAM, 160GB HDD and an Intel Atom N270 CPU. The screen size isn’t the only thing which sets this netbook apart and puts it more in the CULV range. The Mini 311 also features the latest NVIDIA ION chipset technology.

The netbook will be available from September 23rd with Windows XP for $399 but, if you can wait until October 18th, the HP Mini will ship with Windows 7 Premium instead.
